I have an unrelenting passion for reconnecting individuals, business owners, and leaders with who they are, and in doing so, help them to find success as they run their businesses and lives accordingly.
Over the course of the past 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people all around the world who deeply care about their work and how it connects them to their purpose and passion.
As an iPEC certified professional coach with credentialing in COR.E Leadership Dynamics (CLDS) and the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI-MP), I have had the opportunity to bring my passion and commitment for the development of business owners, executives, managers, team members, individuals, and future leaders through my own coaching practice, lifePASS Coaching and Visioneering.
If helping business owners and executives adapt to changing business and organizational circumstances and strategies wasn’t rewarding enough, I found that coaching also allowed me to clients adopt a new way of seeing themselves and others through these experiences.

My practice at lifePASS has allowed me to walk alongside my clients and listen deeply to what is most important to them. By asking different questions, I get to reflect back what I am hearing, sensing and observing. Accountability actions are a part of every session I have, and I help clients take action where and when they feel most stuck. I consider it an honor to become a partner and guide on my client’s very personal journey.
