coaching clients on five continents.
With an innovative, creative, and deeply connecting approach, Kurt understands organizations from a holistic perspective: from managing mission and vision and delivering training to helping individuals and teams succeed in their most desired organizational objectives.
With industry experience in sectors ranging from technology, marketing, e-learning, management consulting, healthcare, power generation consulting, education, nonprofits, financial services, and insurance, Kurt intuitively sees inside team dynamics and

Carol Ann is a Certified Professional Coach with 25 years of experience as a person-centred trainer, facilitator and inclusive curriculum designer focussing on leadership and capacity development.
With Master's degrees in both Psychology and Counselling Psychology, creating safe & supportive environments conducive to learning and relationship building underpins all her work. She has worked with many clients, from the private to the non-profit sector, public health, education, and international governmental institutions throughout Europe, the UK, India, and the Caucasus.
She further injects value through creativity, innovation and passion. Carol Ann hails from Scotland, is a native English speaker and is fluent in French.
Alessandro Punturo, ACC
Alessandro is a Certified Professional Coach focused on Leadership Development, with 20 years of experience in International Corporate Environments. Formerly a Senior Marketing and Advertising Professional, he has worked with major advertising networks and automotive brands across Europe.
Alessandro now helps corporations navigate cultural transformations, managing team conflicts and leadership challenges. He believes in shifting the leadership paradigm towards emotionally intelligent leaders who connect with their emotions and use them as powerful tools for decision-making and influence.
Alessandro is trained at iPEC in Energy Leadership and integrates advanced American coaching disciplines into his work.
